What event transportation costs in Austin

Published rates, how a quote is actually built, and the four things that move a number more than anything on the rate card.

Most chauffeur companies will not publish a rate, which makes comparison impossible and wastes everybody's time. Here are ours, what they include, and how a real event quote is assembled on top of them.

Hourly rates

Hourly is as-directed service: the chauffeur and vehicle stay with you for the booked period, waiting included. It is the right structure for event days, evenings, and any schedule that might move.

VehicleHourly rateMinimum
Executive Sedan — up to 3 passengers$135 / hour2 hours
Premium SUV — up to 6 passengersfrom $125 / hour2 hours
Executive Sprinter Van — up to 12 passengers$175 / hour3 hours

A full day of as-directed service bills hourly with an eight-hour minimum.

Point-to-point rates

Airport transfers and one-way trips are priced from the trip distance: a base fare plus a per-mile rate. A round trip is twice the one-way fare.

VehicleBase farePer mile
Executive Sedan$110$3.78
Premium SUVfrom $130from $4.60
Executive Sprinter Van$250$5.80

Quoted rates cover the fare, taxes, tolls and standard wait time. Gratuity is never added automatically — you choose it at the last step of the reservation, and it appears as its own line.

What actually moves an event quote

Four things change a number far more than the rate card does, and three of them are within your control.

  • Structure. An event day booked as five point-to-point transfers usually costs more than the same day booked hourly — and works worse.
  • How long the vehicle is held. Waiting is the product on an event day, and it is what the hourly rate buys.
  • Vehicle mix. One Sprinter beats three SUVs on cost for a group of ten, and beats them on the exit too.
  • Timing. Not surge — our rates are fixed at booking — but availability. Late requests during SXSW, ACL or Grand Prix weeks are constrained by what is left, and what is left is rarely the cheapest option.

How a multi-vehicle program is priced

A program is not a stack of individual bookings. It is priced from the manifest: how many vehicles, held for how long, across how many days, with what coordination on top. That is why a serious quote asks for the agenda and the hotel list rather than a headcount.

It is also why programs are cheaper per guest than ad-hoc booking at the same volume. Vehicles are scheduled across movements rather than idling between them.

Getting an exact number

For a single trip, the reservation flow prices it live once the pickup and drop-off are entered — no call required, no quote request, no waiting for a callback. For a multi-vehicle event, send the agenda and we will build the plan and price it against the manifest.
