Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your reservation and use of transportation services provided by Leo Limos, and your use of this website. By booking a ride, requesting a quote, or using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Reservations & confirmation

A reservation is confirmed once we accept it and issue a confirmation. All reservations are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Specific vehicle models shown are representative; we may substitute a vehicle of equal or greater class where necessary. Please provide accurate pickup details, flight information, and passenger counts so we can serve you properly.

Rates & charges

We aim for fixed, transparent pricing with no surge. Your quoted rate covers the fare, applicable taxes, tolls, and a standard wait window. Depending on your itinerary, the following may also apply and will be disclosed where possible:

• Gratuity — not included in the quoted rate. You may add an optional gratuity when you book, or tip your chauffeur directly; it is entirely at your discretion.
• Wait time — a complimentary standard wait window is included; additional wait time may be billed. Airport pickups include added time to allow for flight arrival and baggage.
• Airport & facility fees — where an airport, venue, or property charges access or parking fees.
• Extra stops — additional stops beyond the booked itinerary may incur a charge.
• Hourly bookings — subject to a minimum number of hours, disclosed at booking.
• Child safety seats — available on request; please tell us in advance.
• Cleaning or damage — excessive cleaning or damage to the vehicle may be billed to the reservation.
• Special-event & peak pricing — rates for major events or peak dates may differ and are disclosed at the time of booking.

Billing & payment

Reservations booked online are charged in full at the time of booking, and your card is then securely stored by our payment processor. You authorize us to charge that card for the reservation and for any additional charges described above — such as extra wait time, airport or facility fees, added stops, cleaning, or damage — after your trip; we will tell you before charging any post-trip adjustment. Events and custom itineraries are quoted by our team and paid by secure payment link. Payments are processed by our secure, PCI-compliant payment processor; we never store your full card number.

Changes, cancellations & no-shows

You may request changes or cancellations by contacting us; cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking. Standard transfers may typically be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before pickup unless otherwise stated. Late cancellations, no-shows, and cancellations for major events or custom itineraries may be subject to charges as disclosed at booking.

Passenger conduct & safety

Passengers agree to travel safely and lawfully, to wear seat belts where required, and to follow the chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. We may decline or discontinue service for unlawful, unsafe, or abusive behavior. You are responsible for charges arising from damage caused during your reservation.

Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability

Our services and website are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leo Limos is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including traffic, weather, road conditions, flight delays, or acts of third parties — nor for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Lawful & secure use of the site

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, not to interfere with its operation or security, and to comply with the security measures we implement. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual property

The Leo Limos name, logo, website content, text, graphics, and design are owned by or licensed to Leo Limos and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

Third-party links & software

The site may contain links to third-party websites or make third-party tools available. We provide these for convenience, do not control them, and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Any software made available through the site is used subject to its applicable terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be subject to the appropriate courts located in Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
