Super Bowl transportation.

For a corporate guest, Super Bowl Sunday is one afternoon inside a week of obligations: sponsor events, client dinners, a party every night and often a media commitment. Those are scattered across Los Angeles, and the distances between them are measured in traffic rather than miles.

Transportation for that week is an as-directed problem. A vehicle held for a day covers a schedule that will change twice; a sequence of point-to-point bookings does not survive the first change.

SoFi Stadium sits in Inglewood, close to LAX, inside a controlled traffic plan on game day with restricted vehicle access and defined drop-off zones. The plan is published, it is enforced, and the difference between a short walk and a long one is knowing it before you leave.

The exit is the harder half, as at every stadium of that size. We stage away from the outbound flow and agree the pickup point in advance rather than negotiating it by phone in a crowd of seventy thousand.

LAX is minutes from the stadium and impossible in the week around the game. Private aviation spreads across the region's fields, all of which fill, and slot times move.

The only workable approach is tracking everything and planning the surrounding schedule with slack in it — a Super Bowl week arrival that assumes an on-time landing is a plan that will need rewriting.
