The run between Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix is straightforward outside event hours and slow inside them. Guests who base themselves in Scottsdale for the hotels and restaurants are making that trip twice a day for three days, at exactly the times it is busiest.

Holding a vehicle for the evening rather than booking each leg is the difference between a schedule that flexes and one that breaks — particularly on Saturday, when the arena empties into a city already running its own parallel calendar.

All-Star is one of the year's denser corporate hospitality weekends. Brands activate, sponsors host, and client groups need to arrive together, be looked after, and leave without anyone hunting for a car at midnight.

Those run as manifest-driven programs with vehicles held, staged away from the arena exit flow, and coordinated centrally so the host holds the plan and the guests hold nothing.
